What happens during a trial lesson?

Your child will attend a personalised 30-minute one-to-one session. The trial helps us understand your child's current level, learning style, confidence and goals. After the session, we will share our observations and recommend the most suitable next step.

Are learning materials included in the lesson fees?

Progress guidance and selected learning resources may be included. Method books, examination books and other specialised materials may need to be purchased separately when required.

How much is the trial lesson?

The 30-minute trial lesson is S$50 on weekdays and S$60 on weekends. It includes an assessment of your child's current level, learning needs and recommended next steps.

Most students attend one lesson each week. The recommended lesson duration depends on the child's age, level, attention span and learning needs.

How do I check trial lesson availability?

Select Check Trial Availability and message PianoPath Studio through WhatsApp. Please share your child's age, piano experience and preferred lesson days so we can recommend a suitable slot.
Can I reschedule a lesson?

Yes. If you need to reschedule, please let us know as early as possible. We will do our best to arrange a replacement lesson within the same month, subject to available lesson slots.

What happens if my child misses a lesson?

If your child is unable to attend a lesson, please inform us as soon as possible. Whenever possible, the lesson will be rescheduled within the same month based on studio availability.

What should my child bring to the trial lesson?

Your child may bring any music books, examination materials or pieces they are currently learning. Complete beginners do not need to prepare or bring any learning materials.
What happens after the trial lesson?

After the trial, you will receive feedback about your child's readiness, learning needs and recommended lesson plan. You can then decide whether you would like to proceed with regular lessons.

Yes, we do. We will begin with a trial assessment to understand the student’s experience, goals, and learning needs. From there, we will recommend the most suitable lesson plan.
